Freeze Dried Mmmmmm + Mmmmmm Puffs AKA Carmel M&M's®

Freeze-dried Mmmmm & Mmmmm Puffs (Carmel M&M's®) are a unique variation of the popular candy. The freeze-drying process involves removing the moisture from the Carmel M&M's®, resulting in a lightweight and crispy texture while preserving their vibrant colors and the Carmel center puffs up to a melt in your month airy candy .

To create freeze-dried Carmel M&M's®, the are then placed in a vacuum chamber, where the water within the candies sublimates directly from solid to gas without passing through the liquid phase. This process leaves behind a porous and crunchy texture.

The end result is a crunchy and lot larger version of Carmel M&M's® with intense flavor. Freeze-dried candy retains its original colors, making them visually appealing and a lot larger than the original candy.
